Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your Discord ID, username, avatar and email, from Discord login
• Homework files you upload
• Call bookings and your timezone
• Basic logs and error reports
• If you sign up for the free weekly outlook: your email address, where you found us (for example TikTok) and when you confirmed or unsubscribed
• Visit stats for the homepage: the page, which site sent you (for example TikTok or Google), whether you clicked Join, and a random visit ID kept in your browser tab's session storage. We don't store your IP address or browser details with these stats.

How we use it

We use your data for access control through your Discord role, homework review, call scheduling and reminders, and security. If you subscribed, we email you the weekly outlook each week, and we use the visit stats to see which platforms people find us through.

Weekly outlook emails

We only email addresses that confirmed through the link we sent. Every outlook email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You don't need to be a member or use Discord: for any question about your subscription or your address, reply to any of our emails.

Who we share with

We share data only with the service providers that run the site:

• Supabase: database hosting and file storage
• Vercel: website hosting
• VdoCipher: video delivery
• Discord: sign-in, the members' server, 1:1 calls (in a Discord voice channel) and call reminders sent by our bot as direct messages
• Resend: email, including the weekly outlook
• Sentry: error reports
• TradingView: its price widgets load directly from TradingView on the homepage and the dashboard

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a theme cookie to remember light or dark mode. Our own visit stats use no cookies, and we don't set advertising cookies. The TradingView price widgets on the homepage and dashboard load from TradingView, which may set its own cookies.

Retention and deletion

Members can ask us on Discord to delete their data. Homework is kept while you are a member. Visit stats are deleted after 180 days. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Unsubscribing stops all outlook emails; to have your address removed as well, reply to any of our emails.

Security

Access is restricted by login and role, video is protected, and uploads are stored privately. Your IP address appears in the video watermark to discourage screen recording. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Discord account safe.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
